- Lets think about all the data you are collecting – what are you collecting, why are you collecting it, whats the legal ground for processing it, how are you keeping it and for how long.
- Lets start to get this organised so that you have a record for YOUR business!
- PS the answers to this will inform both your Privacy Policy AND your email list so its a really vital step in the process.
✦ Day 3: Sorting Out Your Email List
- Yes this is a hot topic – do you need to get re-consent for your entire list so that you can send them any more emails, are you going to loose people from your list, what do you write, what do they need to know?
- Lets look at this in a straight forward and easy way, re-sort our lists and send out the only TWO important emails you actually need!
So if you can get a new privacy policy in place, a data inventory list and sort out your emails all by the dreaded 25th May, you will be well on your way to becoming gdpr compliant – YIPEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!

- Whats Really Required For Micro Businesses – lets look at ‘the actual’ guidance thats being given to us direct from the ICO.

Hey there! I’m Sarah McAleer and I’m a Goldsmith & Artist just like YOU!
I’ve been making jewellery for over 25 years now and mentoring artists & makers for around 17 of those! Yup! That’s a bit scary!!!
