For more lengthy discussions, it’s best to wait for our next training or catch up meeting so we can go through your queries face-to-face.

Meetings

Our training or catch up meetings will be scheduled every 1 Week during your programme.

This will be done via video conference call and will be recorded for you to replay.

Availability

I try to answer questions and emails in my mornings Mondays – Fridays 8am – 10am and aim to respond to all enquires within 24 – 48 business hours.

Typially I do the majority of my mentoring work on Mondays & either Wednesdays or Thursdays 11am – 4pm with limited slots for client meetings in my evenings between 6pm – 8pm. On the other days I’m in my jewellery workshop!

ALL client meetings get scheduled in advance!

I don’t work or answer messages at weekends (well I try not to anyway, otherwise I get in trouble from my kids lol! ?).

I take time off for schools holidays and for standard breaks like Bank Holidays, Christmas, New Year and Easter. So if this is due to happen during our programme we will adjust your project timings accordingly.
